Before processing any withdrawal request and at such other times as 32slot may determine, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This typically involves submitting one or more of the following documents:
32slot reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and restrict account functionality until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Verification is an anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is non-negotiable.

Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion may apply at rates determined by the payment processor at the time of transaction.
32slot does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges — users should verify this with their provider. The Platform accepts no liability for third-party payment processing fees.
If a deposit fails to reach your Account, do not repeat the deposit without first contacting support. Chargebacks or reversals initiated by a user without contacting support first may result in account suspension and are considered a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and the completeness of your KYC documentation. Internal processing by 32slot is typically completed within a reasonable timeframe; however, the Platform does not guarantee specific processing windows, as these are also dependent on your payment provider's own handling times.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary depending on your account tier and payment method. VIP tier holders may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits subject to confirmed platform terms.
32slot reserves the right to withhold, delay or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or where AML obligations require further investigation. 32slot may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus rules set out in this section apply.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted.
All bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be forfeited automatically upon deadline.
Bonus funds may be restricted to specific game categories or titles. Live casino, table games or certain high-RTP slots may contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward wagering requirements — refer to the individual promotion terms.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, coordinated play, bet hedging to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements, or other methods deemed abusive by 32slot — may result in the cancellation of bonus funds, forfeiture of related winnings and permanent account closure.
